No street children by 2011

This was the promise by DSWD Sec. Dinky Soliman when she was interviewed.. she is quite confident she can fulfill this goal that by dec. 2011 there will no longer be children on the street. I'm really hoping but ever the skeptics...

angelalekhya wow thats a grate job.your goal will be achieved. There will be skeptics but we should not discourage about what they have said, if they said it is impossible u should ask why and after knowing that the necessary steps to be taken to over come that problem,...
