How much money are you making a day at mylot??

How much are you making a day at mylot and how many hours are you spending? I love being on here and talking to others so the money is just an added benefit. Just curious because I just began. I am loving it so far.

401-K, 457 plans

My husband is in the process of signing up for a 401-K but he was also given to option to sign up for a 457. Does anyone have any experience with a 401-K or 457? Any advice would be appreciated. What precentage would you put in...
