What do you do when you get lonely or depressed?

I go out and take a walk for hours just to relieve myself. Or watch a movie and repeat it all over again. What about you? What's the best therapy for loneliness and depression?

angelusiride oh, and I write too. ^_^ There's nothing like good fiction to put a different twist on my real life drama. Haha.
