Coca Cola Zero and Diabetes

When I had gestational diabetes my dietitian told me pretty much to stay away from anything artificial sweetened - because my blood sugar would still go high on those. I wonder if someone have experience with the Coca Cola Zero...

angie102471 Plus, you gain weight and it causes you to crave sweets. It's just plan bad for you. I drink Verve, look up Vemma it has it in diet and it sweetened with natual type like stevia, plus the caffine is natuarl.
