Healthy...To be or not to be.

Who do you think is responsible for your health... you or the doctors.In other words... if you eat too much, or drink too much and get sick...then expect the doctors to fix your problems? I wonder how many of us blame the...

Garlic and Onion's.

I use onion's in my everyday cooking...also garlic ,,in as many dishes as possible.. It is supposed to build up the immune system...to ward off illnesses...like colds etc... I also pick blueberries in the summer and freeze...

Getting Older.

I've done yoga and robotics,I think yoga is easier ,and it keeps me flexible.I hate sweating.
