annasong i play basketball everyday after work with my friend to practice body. I live in a school,so it's very convinute to play. in my opinion, everybody should have hoobies to practice bodies, no matter what you like to do, just do it everyday.

annasong I cook for myself and my husband and brother who live with me. I am enjoy cooking food for others. I always learn new food when I have time and I am every happy when the food is eaten quiskly. So to be as your own cook, do what you like, and enjoy it.

annasong It's a good idea. People need sun everyday to produce more nutrition the body need. But you should control the qunlity of the sun, too much also bad for body. Practice everyday under sun for 10 to 30 minutes is good.
