these days ,more and more people refuse to eat meat.how do u feel about a vegetarian diet ? can a person remain healthy without meat? are you a vegetrain?

anneyliu188200 i do not sleep good for a several years.sleep is seriously effected my health.if i woke up in the midnight,that is a nightmare to me for i hardly put my eyes together again.i lack deeply sleep on the whole.
