I'm pregnant, so now what?

I am pregnant with our first child. It was planned, so yay me. The thing is I have no idea what to do next?? I am so scared, nervous, excited, happy and sick all at once!!! I am so lost and don't know what to do next!!!!!!

I am wondering how many people here have heard of or tried the paleoithic diet. What are some pros/cons of the diet? If you've been on it, what are some health benefits that you noticed? I have been on the diet for 8 months...
