I came across many people which used to say all the time that they believe in them self and they are their own heroes.I am not able to understand these people.Are you? i doesn't know what they mean ? are they overconfident?

i saw many people always use some same tricks to solve Sudoku,i never try any.I don't know really about them... .are they time saving or make it a easy job.
