apm_montejo Most of the time when we discuss green jokes or just plain naughty. (blushes). Make time to laugh. Because laughing everyday helps lose 1 lb. and lightens up your day even in most stressful situation. Its good for you health, I'm sure of it.

i have been tied up lately and haven't been sleeping so well.i am barely able to manage about 5 hours of sleep.i dont feel unwell but i'm worried.how long do you sleep?

apm_montejo recent studies showed that people who sleeps less than 6.5 hours have lesser energy, concentration and decrease immune system. The normal sleeping hours is 6.5 to 7.5 not less than or more than. Too much sleep can also be dangerous to one's health.
