Does anyone out there have pain almost everyday? I dont know how to start correcting my scoliosis. Any suggestions?

architaa2 hi, First see your deviation of curve if it ranges from 1-30% you need to do some excercises but if more than 60%it requires operation so don't worry consult a doctor immidiately.I am also having scoliosis about 9% my doctor has sugested me some excercises I...
