Why are their so many people always want to pull down other people? They will do everything even it's already below the belt just to make the person feel so empty.

Their are some students I know that they don't really have a problem interms of money. Their family can send their to any school. Yet, why those students only want to go to computer shop just to play computer games or they just go...
