arthurtravel Thanks for your response. You are lucky, it's a pretty thing to swim all winter and do not need care the water's temperature. I only can swim in outdoor pool,but I think I am lucky too,the water aren't frozen in winter in our city.

arthurtravel If you want to swim in freezing cold water, you should keeping swim from autumn,so you can adapt the degree of water gradually. Try it ,it will give you very special feeling.
