My wife was pregnant about three months,I tried my best to take care her,but sometimes I couldn't do any thing when she was feeling bad. Could you give me some advices to solve my problem?

It make me puzzled ,how do you take the relationship with your departed wife? I divorced three years ago.The reason is complex,I can't say it clearly. Although divorced ,but I think we can be friend,we have many same interests...
