arvindragh I know people often scoff at the idea of counting to ten before doing anything rash or when they know that what they are doing is something thet theyre going to regret for sure.... but i always find thet it is something that can save SOO much misunderstanding...

arvindragh i guess we shud jus go back to following that age old prophecy of gettin up evryday with a choice.. u hav a choice to be either reeli pissed off... or u can spend the rest of the day being resolutely happy and cheerful...and in da process spreadin...

arvindragh yea....dat is i gues one of da biggest problems we face today... but den...we shud always remmebr dat we are all human and we shouldnt judge people based on dat one reaction... that one person may hav had a particular reasn for soing that...
