asadd78 Congratulations to you, that's great. It is just so hard to find the right diet for the right person. Keep up with yours, sounds like your doing well.

asadd78 I have heard about the atkins diet but I do like to have my vegies at least 4 times a week. I don't think I could stick with as I need variety in my meals.
