Loose wait by eating less and drinking more water ?

I got to know from my friend regarding the method to loose wait by eating less and drinking more of water but I suppose that if this is put in practice then it will immediately make me reduce on my health rather than loosing wait....

asdzxc23 I think loose wait by eating less and drinking more water will work because for me drinking more water is medicine and it ca heal may sickness like if someone has diabetist eating less and drinking more water will decrease blood sugar and if someonehas high...

asdzxc23 I think loose wait by eating less and drinking more water will work because drnking water for me is a medicine it can heal many sicks like it can reduce blood sugar if someone has diabetist and if someone has high blood or shock or fainted they drink more...

asdzxc23 I don't agree that Internet will soon replace libraries bescause sometimes internet has no connection and internet use electricity if there is no electricity there is no internet and internet is expensive because you need to pay for electricity and internet...
