Loose wait by eating less and drinking more water ?

I got to know from my friend regarding the method to loose wait by eating less and drinking more of water but I suppose that if this is put in practice then it will immediately make me reduce on my health rather than loosing wait. I din find any physical or any other kind of evidence over internet but still am curious to know from myLotters out here that will this anyways work ? Is it true enough ? Have/Will you ever practice such thing ever ? This is weird but I din find any difference rather than I wasn't able to get off my bed lolz....

i dont know whether it works but my friends also used to say it . they say that we can reduce weight if we just drink a lot of hot water just before going to bed and after getting up from bed . some also say that we can reduce weight by drinking water added with honey . some have reduced their weights too . but i am not sure whether it will work .

I don't know about a lot of hot water before bed but I know ice cold water before bed will work because it causes your body to pump blood to warm it down to body temp. Now hot water I am not sure.

My tried and tested good old honey in warm water help reduce weight as honey helps spped up the metabolism rate in out body

If you drink hot water you should also supplement with mineral tabs as the hot water will remove minerals from your body.

Drinking alot of water is super for you, and so if you eat alot, drinking water will cut down on when you want to eat. Once I went on a 10-day fast, and the first thing I did each morning was to drink a big glass of water. You can go without as much food, as if you eat less than you normally do, and your body gets hungry, average americans have plenty of fatty tissue that your body will feed on. The only time I had hunger pangs was the first day, and since I had plenty of fatty tissues around my middle, I didn't have hunger pangs after that. You can still eat, it's just that if you feel hungry, before you eat drink a glass of water. You will already be somewhat full, and you won't eat as much.

I did try drinking water before every meal and invariably consumed less food.it works.

I think it's not good to cut yours meals if you are hungry. If you are on a diet, better is to eat balanced meals (munch fruits, vegetables, ect) and avoid all foods with sugar and greases. But drinking water is a good way to cut your hunger, milk, green tea and infusion plants is good too (i recommand green tea which has many healthy vertues). Yes, drinking hot water help to reduce your weight, but taking less food will reduce your energy and make you week instead of loosing weight i think exercise will help you to loose your weigh.

Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

The best way to lose weights is sport~~~ But I lose weights by eating less, because I dont like sweating,I prefer to eat less than to exercise. Do more exercise is good to health~~ I think i seldom exercise ,so I feel sleepy recent.

Eating less is key but it doesn't mean stop eating. I recommend smaller portions and more meals. It helps your body break down the food. 4 or 5 small meals a day works. Yes water is also key. I try to drink 12 to 18 cups a day. Plus if you consume a cup of water before a meal you will eat less also. You still need to consume healthy portions of fruits and veggies. I have lost 20 lbs since the last week of feb. Alot of it was due to not being active and me eating to much and not drinking enough water. Since I have added a healthy diet, consuming the recommended amount of water and I have purchased an at home exercise program. With all them together I have had great results.

It's a natural way of losing some weight in your body, by eating less and drink more water. Drinking a lot of water is good, as it can helps your body to flush away some fats and toxic as well. You will discovered that by drinking plenty of water, your skin complexion is improved and even there will be less oily looks on your face. It's good to drink a glass of water before each meal, so you won't get tempted to eat a lot. Thus, you can easily loss your weight that way, in the long run.

I think the most effective way to loose weight is to take proper exercise, saying swimming, jogging or some sports exercise. I don't think it will work only by eating less and drinking more water. It will cause the undernourishment if the nutrition is not balance.

For me I don't practice that way you better to walk everyday about 1 kilometer no less food and drink more water.

Ya I have tried drinking water to reduce weight.first thing in the morning is to drink a litre of water it kind of fills your stomach also drank water before I consume food so I eat less.

I think loose wait by eating less and drinking more water will work because for me drinking more water is medicine and it ca heal may sickness like if someone has diabetist eating less and drinking more water will decrease blood sugar and if someonehas high blood or shock ox faint they drink more water and even in sports many players are drinking more water to be strong and win.

I think loose wait by eating less and drinking more water will work because drnking water for me is a medicine it can heal many sicks like it can reduce blood sugar if someone has diabetist and if someone has high blood or shock or fainted they drink more water and even in sports players are drinking more water to be strong and win.
