rohz1906 will keep you in the loop means fom now on you are in the circle and every matter happening in the circle/project will be briefed or informed to you.

rohz1906 the bigger picture...we forget that we are running out of time...wake up live the present ,forget the past live since you cannot undo things you have done but certainly change the things in future. so think of the present...regretting will not help it only...

rohz1906 Ya I have tried drinking water to reduce weight.first thing in the morning is to drink a litre of water it kind of fills your stomach also drank water before I consume food so I eat less.

rohz1906 Your friend should have studied the Do's and Dont's of writing in Mylot; probably he did write contents against the rules of mylot so got suspended.He should have got the reason of being suspended.
