Last winter, I went through this phase where I decided I would lose weight and I stuck to it- losing over 20 pounds. I cut out any snacks, ate only meals and had a strict exercise regiment. It sucked but I stuck to it. This winter, I can't seem to jump back on the bandwagon and I still have weight I want to lose. I am slowly starting to get back on my daily exercise routine but the food part is killing me, I LOVE food. It's getting so that I look forward to every meal because I am so restricting through the day. I have found one saving grace that has begun to help me get through the days- dill pickle spears. They only have five calories apiece and by eating one, it takes the edge off my hunger and has such flavor, I feel better. Does anyone have any other tips and tricks they use for losing weight?? I would love to hear them and try to use them!!

I've been trying my hardest to force myself to drink water but then I see all these shows on television that say if you drink too much water, you end up gaining water weight. It seems like there is a contradiction to everything.

I just had my baby 2 months ago and I wasnt aloud to do any exercises till 6 weeks after I had her. But my nurse told me there was something I could do to lose weigh. She told me to suck in my stomach its acts as an exercise that will help tone mussles im guessing. I dont this exercise and lost all my weight that I gained from being pregnant and my stomach is not saggy or anything like that. I havent done anyother exercises but that, im pretty happy how my body bounced back so well from pregnancy.

Huh, that's different. I heard of something similar to this, tightening your muscles and such. That's definately something I'll be trying. Doesn't take much effort or time and it seems like there are definite results!! Thanks so much
