rohz1906 I've tried drinking hot water diet ,it helps reduce weight but when on this diet you should supplement with mineral tabs as the hot water tends to remove the minerals from your body.

How many of you agree with this statement- "To live life without regrets". I feel that only if we regret and repent for the mistakes we have done, we will realize the value of life and strive not to make the same mistakes again?

rohz1906 the bigger picture...we forget that we are running out of time...wake up live the present ,forget the past live since you cannot undo things you have done but certainly change the things in future. so think of the present...regretting will not help it only...

I got to know from my friend regarding the method to loose wait by eating less and drinking more of water but I suppose that if this is put in practice then it will immediately make me reduce on my health rather than loosing wait....

rohz1906 If you drink hot water you should also supplement with mineral tabs as the hot water will remove minerals from your body.

rohz1906 Your friend should have studied the Do's and Dont's of writing in Mylot; probably he did write contents against the rules of mylot so got suspended.He should have got the reason of being suspended.
