How many times at work have we heard from our collegues and boss "take a break man" ? A break or a vacation will boost your energy or fill you up with happiness.How many times have you taken a break last year and how long has your happiness lasted? Share your inputs candidly so others can take a cue.....How does it feel to get back to work after a vacation?

i think no long breaks i have taken my friend due to lots of work
