ChristenBabyy if im at home and i get upset, i just usually go to my room and go to sleep for a little while, after i have said what was on my mind. but if im out somewhere or at someone else's house, i usually keep it in. i don't like causing a big scene, theres no reason....

lala766 I will take a walk or sit in my backyard and listen to the birds. Sometimes I go for a ride if I am not too upset. Music can make me feel better also. It just depends on how upset I am.
