I dont know why, or i kind of know. i get frustrated at my life, or at other people- and then i cant sleep for the night till i get really tired in the morning. and im started to feel some weird feeling in my stomach too, i hope...

Asmara I can't agree more with kyellis, taking medication is not the last resort to be able to have a good sleep at night. It might help your problem temporarily. You may end as and addictor to sleeping pills because you will have to take it everytime you want to go...
