how to use laptop healthily?

i always use my laptop on my bed and don't want to get up to have a walk or relax . it makes me feel very tired!

at41183 Yeah, I saw someone recommend keeping your laptop cool by placing a towel under it. That's definitely a bad idea. A soft bed, blanket or pillow can block all of the vents at once and really mess things up. You should always have a hard surface for the laptop...

at41183 I never shut down my laptop. It runs 24/7 and hasn't rebooted in over a year. We've had a few power outages, but none outlasted the battery of my Dell D630.
