Taking notes: handwritten or typed?

I am going to be starting college soon (yay!) and will be attending my first real lecture. In my previous schooling, we weren't allowed to take laptops to college to take notes; everything was handwritten. I like writing my notes...

ati8783 I think it might be fun to write notes for that course. Because you already enjoy the kind that you take the course and the category that you like.
