I had these problems for a long time. More than 6 years. I had lost hope that I will be cured. I tried so many things. Medicine( almost all meds), therapy, meditation, relaxation exercises, breathing exercises, reading books,...

Yv Cuz I joined a group where all members suffer from these disorders. They said that unfortunately they are still not cured even though they go on consultations and use medications, but they still managed to live a normal life. They said as long as you do things...

Yv Cuz Whenever I feel depressed, I just listen to my favorite songs and sing my heart out. I don't care if I don't have a great voice or if my brothers hear me singing hahaha but that helps me feel better.
