Is it possible to increase height after 20?

I often hear people saying that boys grow till the age of 21 and girls grow till 18. But i haven't registered any growth in since past 2 years, currently i am 20. What do you think regarding the results and legitimacy of height...

babli4lol1 Yes it may be possible but you need to take more proteins and vitamins.You should contact your doctor to take supplements for growth of height.There are also natural process and exercise but it take lot of time to show you its effects.
