hai friends, i heard from one of my friends that it is not advisable to drink water after eating a banana. If so, it will not help us to get the energy from that banana.Is that a myth? or right?

Badaru There is no food that dosnt contain water. And banana is not an energy giving food but gives vitamin and minerals. Water just aid digestion.
