gloryacam I heard that it cleanses your body. Maybe so, as long as your lemon water does not have sugar in it. I have done that before, and it is a refreshing drink.

STOUTjodee I know when I go to a restraunt, I drink ice water with lemon and it fills you up so you don't eat so much. It also doesn't make you feel stuffed or that bloaty feeling.
