bakul279 check if it is heriditry....if not if u do work sitting whole day then start exercising...avoid snacks...fast food ...eat lot of vegetables, friut, and some times meat....start jogging atleast for 2 hrs daily....make it a habit and u wiil find loosing weight...

I recently joined up at awsurveys at so far it seems lihe an awesome site. In half an hour i earnt $22. You need to earn $75 though before you can cash out. All I had to do was evaluate websites by writing a few short sentences...

bakul279 even though u earn u wont get paid this is my experience....when u reach 75$ there would hardly any surveys coming in and many of the surveys...would not be displayed causing fialier in the complete survey....better stop waisting ur time in it.....
