mulau2u just while a ago my friend been caught chating on internet, i already tech how to hide the windows faster by doing the ALT-TAB or Win Key + D, but when the panic come your finger will mess out hahaha.. running on the keyboard clicking of nothing.. better say...

jhazie Yes sleep helps too :) when angry ,count to ten before you speak; if very angry, count to a hundred. hehehe... A recipe to develop better control of our temper is to repeat these ideas it works for me so i share with you. these ideas mentally several times...

mulau2u i'm not angry if the things not to related to me so much,but i have do a lot of thing to my computer, imagine 20GB my hardworking works gone just in a second because someone mistake.. whatever i will try not to think it so much..
