How would you tell your parents that you'd shift your course?

I need suggestions, though. I'm studying as a nursing student and my Mom pays the tuition. I'd like to fully shift into Med. Darn, it's not easy.

beaugeous20 you know what? im a nursing student too.. and i dont want this course too but since i started my OJT (duty) i begun to liked it .. since you want Med. course again why not nursing..? your already in that field why you want to waste it, and start all over...
