Today I read an article that says that short but hard work outs are more beneficial than long but very light exercises. I disagree with this statement as I know long and light exercise is burning more fat and safe to your heart....

beckchen700 in my opinion .no matter short and hard exercise or light and long exercise,if the way you found is suit for you ,this is the better exercise ,but the important point is keep on exercise
