What have you done to help with your sleeplessness?

I have started taking Melatonin. It has worked great and now I get at least 5 straight hours of sleep. Have any of you tried this? It was suggested by my son's doctor because he can't sleep. I couldn't believe a doctor...

beladona23 I take a number of RX's, sleeping pill, muscle relaxer, etc., since I have illnesses that make it hard to sleep and stay asleep(Fibromyalgia, RA, Lupus, Chronic fatigue). I don't recommend all I take unless you actually need them. I do suggest...
