belle20 thanks, that sounds really helpful but im not breasfeeding right now and though pumping can produce more milk, im still doing it because im trying to dry up my milk and get away from being engourge right now.

belle20 Yeah, hot shower can help but it wont keep the pain away still. Gosh, being a new mom is very hard. Ill just keep looking at my baby when im in pain, it helps a lot.
