benhilo As far as free anti-virus programs go, Microsoft Security Essentials is pretty good. I have had it on since last year. I have gone where some men should not go and have had multiple attacks. MSE stopped them cold!

benhilo You can also learn to have vivid dreams. The recommendation is to leave a note pad near your sleeping area and record what you remember. The more you do it the more you will remember your dreams.
