Ashokraj Drinking fruit juices will help. First of all drinking more water is must to overcome the heat. Keep an umperla with you when you go outside. Taking bath 2 times may also helpful. Always i used to take bath at morning as well as night.

CuteMandy Drinking more water more better. Taking bath 2 times a day is not the most important, but if it makes you feel well, then that is OK. And you should take excerises in the afternoon because giving out sweat can make you healthy.
