Ashokraj Drinking fruit juices will help. First of all drinking more water is must to overcome the heat. Keep an umperla with you when you go outside. Taking bath 2 times may also helpful. Always i used to take bath at morning as well as night.

Ashokraj If you have third party ad ons installed in your firefox, it will not start properly. If your ad on is supplied by a third party it may not secure. It's better to remove it. Then, what's the use of that ad on?
