Trouble Sleeping!!!

I have a problem with sleeping! I can't seem to sleep at night and I have taken sleeping pills to sleep and they don't seem to work! I was wondering what you would do to help you sleep at night? Let me know what you think!

besthorses2004 Thank You!! I hope I do start sleeping better! I have started taking showers but that still doesn't help much! One of these days I will figure something out that will help!!

besthorses2004 I take a multivitamin in the mornings and I don't really have time to take a nap that often since I have an 8 year old son! I don't know what to do!
