brucekaushik i can say that i am both an early bird and a night owl ... that's because i sleep very late in the night (approx 1:00 pm) and also i getup early in the morning (4:30 - 5:00 am) ... to compromise for the sleep i get deprived of i usually sleep in the afternoon...
