Notlilie I love trying traditional delicacies when travelling, it helps me to understand the country better. To be honest, I used to think black sea might be darker, hence the name just like black sand beach. Thanks to my geography teacher that I know better.

topffer @bichih2o It is mainly done by people living in mountain area here. It has to be distilled at a very high ° to stay clear like water. It is not bad times to times, but it gives headaches.
