bigmac101 My wife lost 90 lbs since last July.. She eats low fat low carb diet.She still has some more weight to lose. Losing the weight isnt the hard part, its keeping it off and not regaining it back..She is with a online-support group too.. Good Luck

bigmac101 My sleep doctor told me if I wasnt asleep with in 15 mins. to get up and read something or write. Then when you feel sleepy go back to bed. If you still havent fallen asleep do it again and also get up at the same time everyday..
