I can't really count in summer so i can take more water in this season so it is better to drink more water in summer for health conditions and it cleans our body system if we take mor water so for all diseases go away if we take...

birco7 It doesn't matter whether is summer or winter, your daily intake of wter should be up to 2.5 litres as it pushes bacteria throh the body quicker. This is why you go to the toilet alot the more you drink but it is not a bad thing its good!
