birdlady48192 But keep in mind that a large dog may just jump the gate to get into your yard. That is what it sounds like this dog has done.

birdlady48192 I really doubt that a child would be in any danger from this dog. They like cats would see a bird as food period. And for a larger dog like that,it would see a rabbit as food just as much. The few people I know that have rabbits don't have large dogs partly...

birdlady48192 I would just like to add that cat litter isn't a good thing to use with rabbits. There have been cases where the rabbit has eaten the litter and died because of it. Also Pine or cedar bedding isn't good for rabbits, or any rodents.

birdlady48192 That's not true at all, they are very very clean animals much like a cat. But, while you can give a cat a bath if need be you never ever give a rabbit a bath. It will get to cold and can die.
