I can't do anything at night after a working day. I worked whole day with computer, so my eyes is hurt. I only want to close my eyes, moreover I don't feel asleep. I like reading or watching TV at night. But I only can read...

bkl1989 Every time you work anf fell eyestrain, you turn off the computer sceen,close your eye rest for a few minutes.When you fell comfortable then the work can be considered again.You can injured hurt eyes are normal but it is very important to us.I hope you soon...
