tips on how to reduce weight

can anyone give suggestions on how to reduce weights. Im fond of eating and I don't exercise and I'm beginning to gain so much weight and I want to reduce it is there medicines or cream that could help to reduce fats?

in the Philippines, a meal is not complete without a rice. It is the main delicacy that Filipino eats.that's why some of the international fast-foods serve Filipinos rice instead of mashed potato like in the US

if you had to choose money or fame

for me i would choose money because fame could fade but you can use money to satisfy your needs and wants. You can even share it with your loved ones

i prefer to have chocolate drink than coffee because coffee gives me headache.i dont know what is the scientific reason about it but whenever i drink coffee i also get headache

we have a boss who is terribly unadmirable. She always talk nonsense and she is a big liar. She is a back stabber and unprofessional. When she talks of something to other c-employee she wil then talk of different thing to other....
