I am thinking that how myLot can manage so much earnings paid to members, what is their source of income? as a webmaster i saw that those have two options for earning: 1. Google Adsense 2. Banner Advertising I think...

Pregnancy Discrimination?

Do you think employers will be less likely to hire a woman if they are pregnant? Would you consider this discrimination? Or just not suitable to do the task the job requires?
