One has many targets in his life, but one has no many time to finish them. When one is forty years old he will cut down all useless targets to save the maintained time,so he or she has enough time to finish the focus in the life.

A foreign company violated the contact,if I don't pay it advance,the company said that it will don't finish its work,how to do?

BlueFlying I have pay the company first and second payment, the third payment should be paid when the project is finished, these are the clause of the contract. it is detestable that the company raised a request for the final payment but it hasn't finished the project...
