I have been very good on my diet this week. I have had fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and a sensible dinner. Snack is either fruit or yogurt. I have not had bread in a week!!! No chips, cookies, brownies, etc. WHY did...

bluetemple0 I should have also mentioned that I didn't just run at a steady 15 minutes from February to June. Instead I increased the time I ran each night by 5 minutes until I was running for at least 30 minutes by June.

bluetemple0 ah, I know what you mean, my neighbor adopted all four of her dogs from the local shelter and all four of them are spayed as well. But the water trick can only go so far as you have found out haha I'm surprised our dogs haven't figured out that they can open...
